A small lakefront pocket inside the neighborhood includes a limited number of waterfront homes, with private docks, lake views, and frontage reserved to a select set of addresses. Mature trees, fenced backyards, creek edges, and cul-de-sac settings also surface regularly, reinforcing the sense of separation between homes even within a roughly 330-residence neighborhood.
