The Upstate · South Charlotte / Fort Mill · Columbia

A boutique team across the Carolinas.

We sell homes the way we’d want our own sold: show up, tell the truth, stay through closing. Seventeen years in, we work the Upstate, South Charlotte / Fort Mill, and Columbia — still a small team, still the same people at the table.

Agents: there is a straight note for you below.

Porch of an Upstate South Carolina home at golden hour

Greenville / Greer / Simpsonville

The Upstate — where we started in 2007. Greenville, Greer, and Simpsonville are home base, and we work Spartanburg, Duncan, and Moore too. If you live here, you already know someone we’ve sat at a closing table with.

South Charlotte / Fort Mill

Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, and the south-Charlotte towns people actually live in. We work this market from here — not as a satellite of uptown.

Columbia

The Midlands, with agents who live there — Columbia, Lexington, Lake Murray. Local people, not a satellite listing desk.

How we take care of people

The same standard whether you are buying a house or hanging a license here.

Show up

You get a person, not a rotation. Calls come back. We walk the house before we price it. We are at the inspection.

Tell the truth

If the HVAC is tired, we say so. If the list price is a wish, we say that too. Hard conversations now beat surprises at the table.

Stay through closing

The contract is the middle, not the end. We stay until the keys exchange — and it is still the same number afterward.

The team

A small group. Names and numbers you can actually reach.

See everyone on the team

If you’re an agent looking around

We’re a boutique team, not a warehouse. A small group that already produces, with real leads, real coaching, and a standard of service we don’t relax for volume. We hang our license with LPT Realty; the local bar is ours.

If you already have a book and want the brand to be only yours, say so — we’ll talk through team versus solo without a pitch deck. Otherwise, come see how we work.

Our story

From a one-person Greenville shop to three markets.

  1. 2007

    Greenville

Drew Nichols starts Palmetto Park as a one-person shop with a website that ranked. First sale: Mauldin, $189,000.

  2. 2023

    Columbia

We put people on the ground in the Midlands rather than covering it from the Upstate.

  3. Now

    South Charlotte / Fort Mill

A working presence on the Carolina side of the metro — Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, and the south-Charlotte towns our clients actually search.

  4. 2024

    LPT Realty

We joined LPT Realty for the national rails. The team, the standard, and the name on the lawn stayed Palmetto Park.

Let’s talk

Whether you want to buy, sell, or see how the team works — start with a conversation.
