Founded on February 26, 2007, by Drew Nichols, Palmetto Park Realty LLC began as a one man sales team with a highly-ranked website. Drew's first sale was in Mauldin, S.C. and was $189,000.

Years of strategic investment in systems, processes, and infrastructure. This period of focused development created the solid foundation that would support our future growth.

Pioneered virtual tours and 3D modeling technology in the South Carolina market.
Claudia Joins as Operations Director
