Water is a smaller but real part of the neighborhood identity. Carleila Lake Way introduces lake-oriented parcels and some of Brookfield's most distinctive settings, including occasional waterfront or water-view listings. Private pools are the exception rather than the rule, but when they appear they tend to be paired with larger backyards and outdoor entertaining spaces.
