Most of the neighborhood's homes date from the mid-1990s through the early 2000s, and ranch plans are the clearest through-line. Single-level layouts, split-bedroom designs, vaulted or cathedral ceilings, bonus rooms, hardwood floors, granite kitchens, and covered porches show up repeatedly, while garages are nearly universal and basement space appears on select larger lots. The land is a major part of the appeal.
