Its appeal is more private and property-driven: oversized homesites, established landscaping, and a distinctly unstructured feel reinforced by the absence of HOA dues in marketing. That gives the neighborhood a looser Lake Norman character than amenity-heavy developments nearby. For water recreation, public boat access points and marinas are close at hand, and McCrary Creek Access Area and Queens Landing sit just over a mile away from the heart of the street.
