Most Harbor View homes were built from 1996 to 2001, with an older 1985 home and a small amount of newer construction extending into 2015. Three- and four-bedroom plans are the norm, and the neighborhood averages just over 3 bedrooms and a little more than 2 baths. One-level living is a defining thread, often paired with split-bedroom layouts, vaulted great rooms, fireplaces, and bonus rooms that serve as offices or extra guest space. Brick is one of the neighborhood's recurring exterior materials, but Harbor View is not uniform.
