Community Highlights
Most Harbor View homes were built from 1996 to 2001, with an older 1985 home and a small amount of newer construction extending into 2015. Three- and four-bedroom plans are the norm, and the neighborhood averages just over 3 bedrooms and a little more than 2 baths. One-level living is a defining thread, often paired with split-bedroom layouts, vaulted great rooms, fireplaces, and bonus rooms that serve as offices or extra guest space. Lots are a major part of the appeal: the median homesite is about 0.63 acres, the average is roughly 0.84 acres, and many addresses sit on half-acre-plus parcels with room for detached storage, expanded driveways, decks, and fenced backyards.
Brick is one of the neighborhood's recurring exterior materials, but Harbor View is not uniform. Listings also reference vinyl and newer fiber-cement siding, along with occasional stone accents and renovation work such as new roofs, HVAC systems, quartz or granite kitchens, and updated baths. That mix gives the neighborhood a more varied streetscape than subdivisions built in a single short phase.
