Long driveways, mature trees, and lots averaging about 1.13 acres give the street a more secluded feel than many tighter lakefront developments.

Pricing has stretched upward as the strongest dock-ready properties have sold, with recent home closings reaching $755,000 to $775,000. Older detached-home sales landed largely in the low-to-mid $300,000s, while a pair of historical lot transfers sit well below the house market. That spread reflects both the small size of the neighborhood and the premium attached to improved waterfront homes with easy access to the water.
