Built from 2015 to 2018, the neighborhood is defined by courtyard-oriented plans, frequent flex rooms, and polished outdoor spaces that give the community a more tailored look than a typical maintenance-focused development.
Community Highlights
Most homes here follow two- or three-bedroom layouts with about two baths, open living areas, and an extra room that is regularly marketed as a study, den, or third bedroom. Kitchens are a major part of the neighborhood’s identity: large islands show up often, along with quartz or granite counters, stainless appliances, pantry storage, and dining spaces tied directly to the main living room. Large laundry rooms, attached garages, walk-in closets, gas fireplaces, and tray ceilings also appear throughout the community.
Outdoor living is another clear differentiator. Private courtyards, fenced patios, and screened porches are recurring features, and several homes add pergolas, retractable awnings, brick pavers, or built-in fire features. Brick is mentioned often in the exterior palette, especially on the one-story Epcon floor plans that established much of the neighborhood character, but the strongest pricing tends to come from lot position as much as finishes.
