Pricing inside Waterstone reflects placement as much as product type. Closed sales on Waterstone Drive have averaged about 17 percent above the neighborhood closed-sale average, helped by larger 2,660-plus-square-foot townhomes, scenic deck outlooks, and several end-unit placements. Brookview Lane carries some of the newest 2025 closings and pending homes, including end units and a handful of homes marketed with seasonal water views or common-area backdrops.
