Several interior homes were sold with deeded or nearby slip access, while waterfront properties highlight protected shoreline, covered docks, double-slip docks, or point-lot positioning.

The setting is notably spacious. Average lot size is just under three-quarters of an acre, mature trees appear throughout the subdivision, and many homesites are level or gently sloped toward the water. Views are another defining trait. Listings regularly call out open-water perspectives, mountain backdrops, island views, and broad sightlines that carry from screened porches, sunrooms, and main living areas to the shoreline.
