Within the homes themselves, basements appear in more than half of listings and garages in roughly three-fifths, reinforcing the emphasis on storage, workshops, and flexible recreation space. Waterfront offerings push into the luxury range, especially along Eastview Court and other shoreline streets where long lake views, covered docks, and mountain backdrops drive the premium end of the market.
