Within the subdivision itself, the most sought-after settings are the homes and homesites with cove frontage, dock potential or existing docks, creek edges, and long water views. Waterfront properties command a clear premium over interior addresses, and larger yards, wooded edges, and occasional cul-de-sac placement add another layer of privacy.
Even the interior homes keep a lake-oriented character. Several addresses advertise room for boats or workshops, and the larger lot pattern leaves space for gardens, detached storage buildings, and substantial outdoor entertaining areas.
