Several listings also highlight private piers, floating docks, covered boat storage, detached garages, workshops, and double-lot setups, which adds to the neighborhood's appeal for owners who want room for lake gear and outdoor projects.

Housing stock is broad rather than uniform. The oldest homes date to the mid-1960s, but recent sales also include 2023, 2024, and 2025 construction with quartz or granite counters, luxury vinyl flooring, open plans, and covered porches. Elsewhere, the resale inventory leans toward cabins, cottages, ranch homes, and manufactured homes, often with decks, screened porches, storage buildings, and a straightforward lake-house layout. Brick is not a defining exterior theme here; siding and mixed exterior materials appear across the listings instead.
