Most of Riverwalk's housing dates from 2012 forward, with additional new construction still arriving in 2025. Detached single-family homes set the tone, while townhomes add lower-maintenance options close to the River District, creating a streetscape that mixes porch-front cottages, Craftsman and Arts and Crafts influences, and newer plans with balconies, lanais, and rear-entry or detached garages. Open-concept interiors, large kitchen islands, walk-in pantries, wood or luxury-plank floors, and covered outdoor living appear again and again, while basements remain the exception.
Pricing strength tends to show up on newer pockets such as Trek Lane and Parkland Avenue, and larger lots or river-oriented homes generally trade above the neighborhood's overall closed-sale average.
