St Andrews Village is a Lake Norman peninsula neighborhood where fairway lots, broad yards, and no-HOA ownership set the tone. The housing stock is compact in scale but varied in presentation, with many homes facing golf-course greens and several offering pools, screened porches, or deep back decks. Recent closings land from roughly the mid-$400,000s to the high-$500,000s, and the homes at the upper end are usually the ones with the best outlooks or the freshest improvements.

The homes are mostly detached single-family houses from 1988 through 2005, and the dominant look is traditional with ranch and cottage-style variations. Brick appears on some exteriors, while vinyl siding and cedar also show up, so the streets read as mixed rather than uniform. Inside, the repeat features are consistent: main-level primary suites, bonus rooms over the garage, hardwood floors, granite counters, vaulted ceilings, and open kitchens that connect easily to the main living spaces.

The strongest homes use their lots well. Large flat parcels around one-half acre are common, and fenced yards, mature landscaping, and broad decks are frequent. Pools appear on a smaller set of homes, but when combined with golf-course frontage and recent renovations, they sit at the upper edge of the neighborhood's price band. New roofs, HVAC systems, flooring, and renovated baths also appear often enough to keep the older homes competitive.
