Woodland Hills is one of those Mooresville neighborhoods where Lake Norman is not just nearby, it shapes the streetscape. Golf-course addresses create another premium layer, pairing fairway views with larger homes, oversized garages, and custom finishes.

Exteriors are mixed rather than uniform. Brick is frequently mentioned, but siding and other materials appear as well, which gives the neighborhood variety instead of a single-builder look. Mature landscaping, wooded edges, cul-de-sacs, and broad setbacks reinforce a lower-density feel than many newer subdivisions.
