Lots typically run about half an acre, and the housing mix spans modest older cottages, early-2000s lake-access homes, and newer custom waterfront construction.

Nearly four out of five recorded listings have some form of waterfront or water adjacency, and many descriptions focus on deep-water coves, private piers, covered docks, boat lifts, or direct frontage on Regency Lake. Hazelton Loop carries much of the premium shoreline inventory, including newer custom homes and several of the neighborhood's strongest dock setups. Smaller interior and water-view homes keep the entry point lower than many full-time Lake Norman addresses, while select waterfront offerings push well into the luxury range.
