Chestnut Springs Court has produced the strongest closed pricing within the subdivision, running about 10% above the neighborhood’s closed-sale average and pairing slightly larger lots with a heavier share of basement homes.

Wooded rear buffers are another part of the neighborhood’s appeal. Listings repeatedly point to mature hardwoods, wooded common edges, and sections along the Enoree River, giving select homesites a more secluded rear outlook than many nearby subdivisions.
