Community Highlights
Most recorded homes in Sugarmill were built between 1986 and 1999, with the strongest concentration from the late 1980s through the mid-1990s. Brick is a common exterior finish here, though siding and some stone accents also appear. Traditional two-story layouts lead the mix, and four- and five-bedroom plans are common. Fireplaces, formal dining rooms, built-ins, hardwood floors, bonus rooms, and dedicated office or flex space recur throughout the neighborhood, while screened porches, decks, and patios extend the living space outdoors.
