Bird Quarry offers newly constructed Craftsman ranch homes on expansive half-acre lots in a naturally wooded setting. Built between 2018 and 2021, this completed Greer neighborhood features homes ranging from 1,600 to 2,870 square feet with prices from the mid-00s to mid-00s.
