Shoveller Court and Satilla Drive have produced some of the highest average sale prices in the neighborhood, reinforcing the premium attached to larger lots and stronger water orientation.

Wooded backyards, fenced lawns, fire pits, screened porches, decks, and the occasional private pool or spa are common themes, especially on the half-acre lots. Renovated kitchens and baths, replacement windows, newer roofs, and HVAC updates also surface often, so many resales pair original neighborhood scale with meaningful modernization.
