Biscayne is one of Cornelius's more tightly focused Lake Norman addresses: a small waterfront enclave where the headline feature is not simply lake access, but broad year-round water views. Kings Point Drive holds the core of the community's waterfront condo inventory, with 1991-built residences that lean heavily into the setting through long-range views, balconies or oversized patios, fireplaces, and main living spaces oriented directly toward the water. Several homes pair dual primary suites with loft or flexible upper-level space, giving the floor plans more range than many view-driven condo communities.

Recent condo offerings on Kings Point Drive have ranged from the upper $800s to just over $1 million, while the detached Rainbow Circle home at the top of the community's current price band adds roughly half an acre and more than 100 feet of shoreline. Storage also gets more attention here than in many condo communities, with multiple homes offering dedicated exterior or attached storage areas.

Inside the homes, updated kitchens and baths are a recurring theme. Quartz or granite counters, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, built-ins, walk-in closets, and lake-facing balconies or patios show up repeatedly. Exterior materials are mixed rather than uniform, with stucco, wood, cedar shake, vinyl, and aluminum all appearing in listing data.
