Recorded homes run from 1942 to 2024, but the neighborhood's defining build period is 1948 through 1957, which accounts for most of the recorded inventory. Ranch plans set the tone, with newer infill and a handful of Craftsman, cottage, and mid-century modern outliers adding variety. Current pricing sits in the upper-middle tier, with community averages at about $724,125 and the median at $698,500. The full MLS history reaches from a $96,000 lot sale to a $1.1499 million custom home, but recent offerings and closings have centered much higher, largely from the low $600,000s into the mid $800,000s.

Poole Lane stands out as the premium pocket.
