Most of Glen Lake is made up of detached single-family homes, with a smaller townhome section that adds a lower-maintenance option inside the same gates. The housing stock is concentrated in the mid-2000s through the late 2010s, and listings most often present three- to five-bedroom layouts with two- to three-bath floor plans.
