The outdoor story is about usable yard space: deep backyards, covered rear porches or decks, and enough room for plans that would feel tighter on a smaller homesite. Basements are a meaningful differentiator here rather than a standard feature, and the basement inventory sits near the top of the neighborhood's price range. Cul-de-sac positioning also shows up as a premium trait, especially on Lonsdale Court.
The neighborhood still reads as brand-new. Recent sales and current listings all land in the 2025-2026 construction window, and the housing mix stays consistent: detached single-family homes with garages on every listing and select three-car layouts on larger plans. Pricing stretches from the mid-$400s into the upper $600s, with the strongest numbers attached to the largest basement homes and a handful of higher-end cul-de-sac placements.
