Hanlon Knoll is a late-2010s neighborhood in the Reidville side of Woodruff where scale is the main draw. Most homes offer five bedrooms, garages are standard, and lots start around a third of an acre and stretch to just under 0.6 acre. The result is a collection of newer detached homes with generous interior footprints and a pond-centered common area that gives the neighborhood a stronger identity than a typical newer subdivision.

Hanlon Knoll was built almost entirely in 2017 and 2018, so the streetscape feels cohesive and relatively new. Four- and five-bedroom layouts dominate, with three or four full baths as the norm. Two-story plans are the rule, and bonus rooms, lofts, walk-in closets, main-level bedrooms or primary suites, coffered ceilings, hardwood floors, and tankless water heaters are recurring hallmarks. Exterior materials read as mixed rather than uniform. Brick and stone accents are common, and siding appears alongside them, especially on newer elevations with Craftsman influence. The strongest upper-end sales have landed on Hanlon Drive and W Longfield Lane, where larger homes, larger lots, cul-de-sac settings, and occasional pond backdrops create the clearest premium pocket.
