The neighborhood's off-site draw is the Swamp Rabbit Trail, which appears again and again alongside shopping, dining, parks, and the Travelers Rest farmers market. Mature trees around the site and occasional mountain-view references reinforce the foothill setting, while the community's small scale keeps the visual character consistent from one home to the next.
