The exterior palette is mixed rather than uniform, with brick, stone, and siding all represented across the neighborhood. Mandarin Circle stands out for its concentration of lakefront addresses and its stronger sale prices, helped by direct frontage, private dock opportunities, and wider view corridors. Away from the shoreline, cul-de-sac settings, mature trees, and landscaped near-acre lots give many homes a sense of space that is harder to find in tighter subdivisions.
