The community's clearest differentiator is ready-to-use lake frontage. The current offering is a 0.72-acre waterfront homesite with a double-slip covered dock, a cut-in driveway, and stone steps leading down to the shoreline. Closed lot sales show a similar pattern, with 0.76- to 0.85-acre parcels marketed for deep water, dock access, and established build sites.
