Timber Cove does not present as an amenity-heavy master-planned neighborhood. Its lifestyle is anchored instead by direct use of Lake Keowee: boating, paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and quiet cove recreation show up repeatedly in the property marketing. Dockable shoreline, sandy beach access, and quick boat access to bigger water are recurring advantages, with one listing placing The Lighthouse Restaurant and Cabana by boat just a short ride away.

The land itself adds another layer of appeal. Lots run from about 37,000 to 50,500 square feet, averaging just under one acre, and remarks repeatedly point to mixed hardwoods, point-lot positioning, cul-de-sac placement, and long-range water views. Instead of a uniform streetscape, Timber Cove reads as a custom-home setting where site orientation, shoreline shape, and topography drive the experience from parcel to parcel.
