The Moorings has the feel of a small Lake Keowee enclave built around one simple idea: getting to the water should be easy. Set in the High Falls area just outside Seneca, the neighborhood is centered on Mooring Line Drive and shaped by deep-water cove frontage, shared shoreline access, and a mix of lots and attached lake homes.
