Nearly every Beckland sale is tied to Lake Keowee frontage, and the listings repeatedly emphasize big water views, mountain backdrops, and build sites that are easier to work with than many steep lake parcels. Several remarks call out level or nearly level topography, a meaningful advantage for both home design and day-to-day access to the water. Median lot size lands around 34,848 square feet, or about 0.8 acres, and the community’s recorded homesites range from roughly 0.71 acres to about 2.74 acres.

Point-lot positioning is part of Beckland’s upper tier. Bennye Drive stands out for that reason, with the same address trading at $1.1 million in 2022 and $1.275 million in 2023. Elsewhere in the community, listings highlight rip-rapped shoreline, long water frontage, and covered-dock potential, including one lot marketed with roughly 489 feet of shoreline and another with an existing dock and sandy beach area.
