Lot sizes are larger than many in-town subdivisions. Existing residential parcels average about 0.49 acres where size was reported, and closed sales highlight cul-de-sac settings, wooded homesites, point lots, and broad water frontage as the clearest premium drivers. The highest recent street-level pricing concentrates along Sunset Pointe Drive, where waterfront positioning and direct lake access push values well above the community’s overall residential average.
