Most of the homes currently on the market were built in 2025 or 2026, with a few 2024 entries marking the earliest phase, so the overall impression is unmistakably new: fresh construction, move-in-ready finishes, and yards that arrive sodded instead of waiting on the next project list. Pricing currently runs from the upper $200s to the upper $300s, with much of the inventory clustering in the low $300s. There is also a clear sense of forward motion here, with more homes pending than actively available at the moment, which makes Rolling Hills feel like a community moving quickly from launch into everyday neighborhood life.

Home Styles & Community Feel

This is a single-family community defined by practical variety rather than one fixed template. Three-, four-, and five-bedroom plans all appear here, and the lineup includes both ranch layouts and larger two-story designs. Open-concept great rooms and kitchen-centered main levels show up repeatedly, often paired with fireplaces, hard-surface flooring through the main living areas, and either granite or quartz counters. Offices, bonus rooms, and more expansive owner’s suites appear in some of the larger plans. Just as important is the amount of breathing room: many homesites land around a third to half an acre, so the streetscape reads open and comfortably spread out.
