Homes here are largely detached single-family properties, with most built between 1999 and 2005 and a 2025 custom home pushing the top end of the market. Recorded homesites run from about 24,829 to 37,461 square feet, and a recent waterfront homesite closed on 1.13 acres. Screened porches and patios, fireplaces, office space, lofts or bonus rooms, and main-level primary or guest suites recur throughout the neighborhood, reinforcing Westview's focus on substantial homes designed for entertaining and long water views.

Amenities & Lifestyle

Westview's appeal is less about a long list of shared amenities and more about direct access to the lake. Private docks, boat lifts, deeded boat slips, and leased slip access appear repeatedly, and several homes pair that water access with covered porches, built-in grilling areas, flagstone patios, saltwater pools, or spa-and-pool combinations. Long-range sunset views and main-channel perspectives are a signature, especially on the waterfront side of the neighborhood.

The strongest pricing has clustered on Sail High Court, where three closed sales average just over $3.07 million. Jade Spring Court has also shown consistent demand, with cul-de-sac siting, open-water views, and upgraded interiors appearing more than once. Brick is part of the streetscape, but Westview reads overall as a mixed-exterior luxury lake community rather than a uniform single-material development.
