Queens Cove is not a clubhouse-driven development. Its lifestyle is built around private outdoor space and Lake Norman access. Listing remarks frequently highlight in-ground pools, hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, screened porches, and expansive decks, especially on larger waterfront tracts. Several homes add detached garages, storage buildings, or workshop space, which fits the neighborhood's larger-lot pattern and gives owners flexibility for boats, hobby equipment, or additional vehicles.

Several listings also describe a light-touch ownership structure, with voluntary or modestly priced participation tied to lake-access amenities rather than a traditional high-amenity HOA package. The result is a neighborhood where the value proposition comes from the land, the water, and the room to build a more personalized outdoor setup.
