Lake Cooley Landing is a low-density Inman neighborhood defined by generous homesites and easy access to the water. The community sits beside Lake Cooley, and that setting shapes the way homes are presented: boating, fishing, kayaking, picnic space, docks, and the playground at the public landing are recurring parts of the address.
Community Highlights
Most of the neighborhood is made up of detached single-family homes, with the strongest build window running from the late 1990s through the mid-2000s and a broader recorded range from 1978 to 2017. Recorded lot sizes run from about 22,215 square feet to 103,237 square feet, and the community average is just under an acre, giving many properties a noticeably roomier footprint than a standard suburban subdivision. Jordan Creek Road and Cane Pole Walk account for much of the neighborhood fabric, while cul-de-sac pockets and wooded edges appear regularly in remarks.
Lake access is the clearest common thread. Homes repeatedly highlight being a short walk or quick golf-cart ride to Lake Cooley, with several remarks calling out lake views, mountain views, or both from porches, decks, and upper-level balconies.
