Lookout Point is one of the south end of Lake Norman's smaller waterfront enclaves, and its identity is unmistakably tied to the shoreline. Homes here are overwhelmingly waterfront, typically set on roughly one-acre sites, with private docks or piers, broad water views, and outdoor spaces designed to stay connected to the lake. Pricing centers near $1.95 million, placing the neighborhood firmly in Huntersville's ultra-luxury tier.

Outdoor living is central here: Trex and multilevel decks, screened porches, gazebos, patios, fire pits, private beaches, and long stretches of shoreline all show up throughout the neighborhood.
The setting leans private and established. Lots generally run from about 0.71 to 1.47 acres, mature trees and landscaping are common, and homes frequently highlight sunset views, open-water sightlines, or long shoreline frontage. Weatherly Way has produced some of the community's highest-priced closings, while North Point Road carries most of the neighborhood's lakefront address inventory.
