To your right is the second bedroom being used as an office. You could add a pocket door to the interior wall for immediate bathroom access. Next door down is the long vanity in guest bathroom, showing off the automatic door closing hinges and freshly refinished bathtub.

Across the hall is the Uba Tuba granite counter top kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar. This is where your lake view wonder starts. Dining area blends well with the living room.

Your television will be competing with the lake views, and once you add your comfy furniture, this will become your Napping space. Master's suite flows right off of living room. The size of this bedroom almost swallows up the queen size bed, if you have a king bed you are definitely OK!

The private door gives access to balcony and you open the screened windows for that perfect fall or spring weather. Back to master bath you will find double sinks in granite counter tops, and a niche for makeup stool or a hamper. Beside is the door frame to toilet and plus one garden tub/shower.

Heading to the living room and through the Pella sliding doors, you will experience the occasional benefit of having an "INNIE" balcony. If some of your neighbors get a pillow tossed from nature, your chances are slim. Confident brick exterior, grass lawn, and year round lake views will be the envy of your friends.

Just steps away is where you will find the trash chute. Downstairs is your covered mailbox, security code clubroom and exercise area. Community lagoon pool has just been cooled off and beautified by "Cool your Pool" fountain jets.

Our hottest days had kept the water temperature unenjoyable. Now the refreshing sounds of added fountains, literally cools our pool. Our Watermarke fountains that continually relax many, has just been converted to pulling the water from our lake.

If you have a guest that has a boat that may want to stop by and pick you up, they can at our guest community dock. There is not one with this condo and there can't be any overnight docking there. You can bring your up to two dogs at 25 lbs and under.
