Select properties add view premiums through mountain outlooks, lake frontage, or larger entertaining decks and screened rooms.

Architecturally, the neighborhood is mixed in the best sense: ranch layouts, basement homes, brick residences, Tudor-inspired designs, and contemporary mountain houses all appear in the sales history. Most of the community was built in the 1980s and 1990s, which helps explain the larger lots, broad setbacks, and the frequency of custom details such as stone fireplaces, built-ins, solid cabinetry, and oversized garages.
