The community is primarily single-family, and the housing stock is anchored by early-1990s through mid-2000s construction, with newer infill adding a smaller set of recent builds.
Community Highlights
Lot size is a major part of the neighborhood's appeal. Recorded homes range from about 6,500 square feet of land to more than 65,000 square feet, with a median homesite near 25,264 square feet, so River Falls can feel compact in the cottage sections and much more expansive along its golf-front streets. Recent closings show that range clearly: smaller interior or cottage-style homes have traded in the mid-$300,000s, while premium addresses on streets such as E Tara Lane and Masters Pointe have pushed into the mid-$600,000s and above.
