Community Highlights
Most homes in MacIntosh trade between roughly $400,000 and the upper $400,000s, while the full neighborhood range runs from the mid-$300,000s to the upper $600,000s. Floor plans are spacious for the price point: the community averages just under four bedrooms and nearly three full baths, and homes regularly include open living areas, main-level primary suites, lofts or bonus rooms, dedicated studies, and formal dining space. Quartz countertops, 42-inch upper cabinets, gas cooking, fireplaces, and nine-foot ceilings are recurring features, and tankless water heaters, Low-E windows, and other energy-saving details are part of the neighborhood's standard package.
MacIntosh also has a distinct streetscape for a newer subdivision. Fiber-cement siding is common, and many homes pair covered front entries with screened, covered, or enclosed rear outdoor space. The dominant lot size is 7,405 square feet, which keeps the neighborhood compact, but a smaller set of larger homesites lifts the top end of the market. Macoun Court is the clearest example, where larger lots have sold above the neighborhood average.
