Community Highlights
Most of Harbor Watch was built in a tight early-2000s window, with homes from 2000 to 2004 forming the core of the neighborhood and one recent 2024 entry broadening the timeline. The housing stock is overwhelmingly single-family, and the lot pattern is notably generous for the west side of the lake: recorded homesites run from about 22,651 to 56,628 square feet, with the typical lot landing near 27,000 square feet, or roughly 0.7 acres. That extra elbow room shows up in the way listings describe the setting, with mature trees, fenced backyards, wooded edges, and cul-de-sac placement appearing again and again.
Inside, Harbor Watch homes lean toward practical layouts rather than oversized formality.
