Elsewhere, Nantz Road, Pompano Place, and Delray Drive broaden the mix with older ranches, teardown opportunities, and substantial rebuilds. Homes span 1964 to 2024, so the streetscape is intentionally varied: renovated one-story cottages, mid-century holdovers, newer custom houses, and large contemporary waterfront estates all appear here.

Lake access shapes daily life in Point Largo. Private docks, piers, boat lifts, and boat slips are a recurring feature, and neighborhood remarks also reference shared water access and boat-launch points on Whispering Oaks. Outdoor living is another constant theme. Decks, porches, sunrooms, fire features, outdoor kitchens, and broad water-facing lawns show up repeatedly, especially on the waterfront lots. Several homes add basements or lower-level recreation space, while garage storage appears in roughly two-thirds of historical listings.

Point Largo is not a uniform all-brick neighborhood, and the exterior descriptions are mixed. Brick appears in a few remarks, while other listings point to stone-and-stucco detailing, wood elements, and more contemporary design language. What stays consistent is the emphasis on water views, entertaining space, and renovation or rebuild flexibility.
