In the villa buildings along Harborside Drive, elevator access, covered balconies, and sunset-facing lake views are recurring highlights, and short-term-rental flexibility adds another layer of appeal for owners who want part-time use or investment potential.

The condo segment on Harborside Drive also carries the clearest price premium. Recent closed sales there averaged roughly one-third above the community’s recent closing average, helped by waterfront positioning, larger views, and features such as dedicated garages or storage in select resales.
