Midway Farms is defined more by private lot space than by shared recreational amenities. Instead of a pool or clubhouse, the day-to-day draw is private outdoor living: covered or screened porches, wooded rear buffers, open acre lots, and several homes with direct pond outlooks. Basements are rare here, and the broader pattern is newer construction paired with expansive yards, outdoor sitting areas, and room for larger garage footprints.
