Broadwater Circle holds the lakefront heart of the community, with repeated mention of deep-water frontage, covered docks, and wide cove views, while inland homes on Pinoca Drive and Richland Creek Road stay close to the same boating corridor. Lots average about 0.73 acre, so the neighborhood reads more spacious and wooded than a tighter suburban subdivision.
