The neighborhood sits near Broadway Lake Road, so the setting feels more open and wooded than a typical in-town subdivision while downtown Anderson remains about 10 minutes away.

Residential parcels in the recorded home inventory run from roughly half an acre to more than six acres, with the typical homesite landing around one acre and many addresses framed by mature trees, fenced yards, or creek edges.
