Most homes sit on lots around six-tenths of an acre, giving the streets a more open pattern than tighter in-town subdivisions. Sales range from modest ranch homes into custom lakefront property, but the middle of the market centers around the mid-$300,000s. Garages are nearly universal here, and detached garages, workshops, and extra storage come up often enough to feel like part of the neighborhood's identity, especially for owners who keep boats, trailers, or hobby space at home.
