Community Highlights
The housing stock centers on detached custom homes built from 2006 to 2019, with most construction clustered in the 2006-2008 period and later refreshes arriving in the late 2010s. Four- and five-bedroom layouts dominate, and the floor plans repeatedly lean toward main-level primary suites, bonus rooms, dedicated offices, and broad open living areas tied to oversized kitchens.
